Learning

Learning tied to employer demand, verified honestly.

DOI recommends courses because employers are asking for those specific skills right now — and distinguishes completing a course from proving you can do the work.

Providers

Where the learning will come from

DOI intends to curate from existing learning sources rather than build generic course content. No provider partnership is in place yet.

  • Vendor and cloud platform academies
  • CRM and business-tooling academies
  • Open courseware and MOOCs
  • Professional bodies and certification boards
  • Data and analytics practice platforms
  • Developer skills and code practice platforms
  • Local training institutions
  • Employer-authored internal material

Categories of source DOI intends to curate from. No provider partnership, integration or endorsement is in place today.

Verification

Six verification states

Course completion is not competence — we distinguish completion, credential, confirmed knowledge, reviewed evidence, DOI assessment and employer validation.

  1. 01
    Course Completed
  2. 02
    Provider Credential Verified
  3. 03
    Knowledge Confirmed
  4. 04
    Practical Evidence Reviewed
  5. 05
    DOI Skill Assessed
  6. 06
    Employer Validated

Assessment

Assessment tiers

Learning Check

A short knowledge check confirming basic understanding of course material.

Practical Evidence

A submitted project or artefact reviewed by a person, not just auto-graded.

DOI Verified Assessment

A structured DOI assessment of the underlying skill, beyond the course itself.

Employer-Sponsored / Certification Assessment

An assessment commissioned or recognised directly by a hiring employer.

Least intrusive controls first; no facial, emotion or personality scoring.
